How to view your medical ID card

To view your medical ID card please follow the steps below.

1. Go to your company’s benefits portal.  

2. Sign in using your previously created login credentials. If you need help resetting your password, click here.

3. Click “Documents” on your Dashboard.

4. A copy of your medical ID card will show up under “Your Documents”. 

   1. Please click on the document name to view and/or download your ID card.

5. If your medical ID card does not appear in under your documents, scroll to “Company Documents” and click on “How to find my medical ID card”. Then, click on the document/link to locate your medical ID card.
